Estimated delivery time is generally 5–11 business days after order processing.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We may assist with reviewing tracking information, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
